Bubier Road Binder Application Notice

WEATHER PERMITTING, Town contractor, D & R Paving, will start paving the base binder course beginning on or after Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
***THIS IS NOT THE FINAL PAVING***
DURING PAVING, THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS AT TIMES TO WORK AREAS AND ADJACENT DEAD END STREETS.TO FACILITATE PAVING, NO PARKING ON STREET PARKING DURING WORK HOURS, 7 AM to 5 PM.
Additional restrictions will be posted if necessary. All recreation equipment must be off the public way. This includes, but is not limited to, boats/trailers, basketball hoops, and hockey nets.
TRAVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK for the entire duration of the project. It is recommended to plan accordingly and find legal parking elsewhere to facilitate construction.
Following reclamation work, crew(s) will begin raising manhole covers and other utility structures to meet new elevations. RAISED STRUCTURES SHOULD BE AVOIDED WHEN TRAVELING, especially lower clearance motor vehicles and low-profile cars which could be damaged if they hit raised structures.
Exercise caution when workers are present and follow direction of police details.
This Roadway & Sidewalk Improvement project is a result of 2022 Annual Town Meeting Article 11.
