The Design Review Board reviews all requests for sign permits; new construction or any other exterior alterations or modifications; and exterior work, including maintenance to all non-residential buildings within the business one district.
The Design Review Board evaluates such requests based on the design criteria, all requests must be submitted to the Design Review Board prior to application for a special permit granting authority or building permit.
