Dear Residents,
Please be advised that Rockaway Avenue will be closed daily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM beginning Monday, September 8th, through Friday, September 12th, 2025, to allow for the construction of a raised crosswalk as part of the Rail Trail Early Branch Construction Project.
- Resident Access: All residents will continue to have access to and from their properties during working hours.
- Traffic Management: Two police details will be stationed at Atlantic Avenue and Rock Cliff Road to Clifton Avenue to direct and assist with traffic flow.
- Work Schedule: Construction will occur only during the designated hours. Roads will reopen outside of working hours.
